Ingredients:
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter and then add diced potatoes and turmeric powder. Season it with salt and stir to mix everything together.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for around 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
