Turmeric Tea

Replace your cup of regular tea with the miraculous turmeric tea which boosts immunity and supports digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • 1-2 cups of water
  • Optional: other herbs or sweeteners for extra flavor

Instructions:

Add ground turmeric to your cup and pour boiled water over it. Allow it to steep for 5 to 10 minutes. You can also add to your tea spices of your choice like black pepper or ginger. You can even add some sweetener. Stir well and enjoy
