Spring Cumin-Coriander-Turmeric Detox Tea

A warm, gently spiced infusion that supports digestion, reduces heaviness, and helps you transition from winter comfort foods to lighter spring meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2½ cups water
  • Optional: a squeeze of fresh lemon
  • Optional: raw honey (after cooling slightly)

Instructions: 

Lightly crush the cumin and coriander seeds using a mortar and pestle to release their aroma.

Bring water to a boil. Add the crushed seeds and simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Turn off the heat and stir in turmeric powder. Cover and let steep for 2–3 minutes. Strain into a cup. Add lemon and honey if desired.
