Ingredients:
- 3-4 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Lemon juice
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and cube them.
In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds. Add the cubed potatoes to the pan and sauté until they start to turn golden brown. Add chaat masala, amchur powder, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
Turn off the heat, add a squeeze of lemon juice, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
