Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons amla powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the amla powder, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey/ maple syrup, olive oil, lemon juice, ground cumin, and ground coriander. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Adjust the seasoning as needed with salt and pepper.
