Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons amla powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste

Instructions:

In a small mixing bowl, mix the amla powder with lemon juice. Gradually whisk in the olive oil, continuing to mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

If you wish to add honey or maple syrup, add it to the mixture and whisk until incorporated. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference. Season the dressing with salt and black pepper powder to taste. Adjust the consistency by adding little water.
