Nutritious Amla Powder Smoothie

Start your day with the wholesome and delicious smoothie prepared with by blending together the goodness of amla powder, banana, yogurt etc. Enjoy this quick and easy breakfast recipe to kickstart your mornings. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of amla powder
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

Put in the blender chunks of banana, spinach leaves, amla powder, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, ground cinnamon and blend everything until smooth. Adjust the consistency using milk. Adjust the sweetness. If you like it cold then add few ice cubes and blend it again. Pour it in a glass and have it immediately. Garnish it with a sprinkle of amla powder.
