Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper powder to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, cumin powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
