Pepper-Crusted Grilled Steak

Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye or strip steaks
  • 1–2 tsp coarse ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

Pat steaks dry. Brush lightly with oil and press coarse black pepper generously onto both sides. Season with salt. Grill over high heat 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness). Rest before slicing.
