Instructions
Allow butter to soften at room temperature until easily spreadable—this helps it whip into a light texture.
Add softened butter to a mixing bowl and beat with a whisk or electric hand mixer for 2–3 minutes until creamy and fluffy. Add honey, ground nutmeg, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Continue whipping for another 1 minute until well combined and airy.
Transfer to a small jar and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
Serve at room temperature for best spreadability.
