A cup of moringa tea makes a healthy tea to enjoy and benefit your health with this herb.
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon moringa powder
- 1 cup hot water
- Honey, lemon, or sweetener of your choice (optional)
Instructions:
Take a pan and heat water until it reaches a gentle boil. Put 1 teaspoon of moringa powder into a teacup or mug. Pour the hot water over the moringa powder in the cup.
Allow the moringa powder to steep in the hot water for 3-5 minutes. If desired, you can strain the tea to remove any undissolved powder particles. Alternatively, you can simply stir the powder into the water and drink it as is.
If desired, add honey, lemon, or your preferred sweetener to taste. Stir well and enjoy your homemade moringa tea!
