Grilled Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium heat.

In a bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, ground mustard, cumin, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder.

Place potatoes on a grill basket or foil tray. Grill for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and tender with crispy edges.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
