Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tbsp mayo
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ¼ tsp freshly cracked Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.
Transfer eggs to an ice bath and cool completely. Peel and slice in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, turmeric, black pepper, and salt. Mix until creamy.
Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites. Finish with an extra crack of black pepper and garnish as desired.
