Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (dairy or oat)
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ⅛ tsp coarse ground black pepper
- ½ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional but adds depth)
- ½ tsp honey or jaggery
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
Warm milk in a pan. Whisk in turmeric, black pepper, cocoa, and cinnamon until smooth. Sweeten to taste and pour into your favorite mug.
Dust with a pinch of cocoa or turmeric on top.
