This is a tasteful recipe for chicken. Serve it with steamed rice and enjoy it in main course.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tbsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add bell pepper and snap peas. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. Stir in ginger powder, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute, allowing the flavors to meld.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice and stir to combine everything. Cook for an additional 2 minutes and then serve.
