Ginger-Infused Green Smoothie

Enjoy this ginger-infused green smoothie every day and start your day on a healthy note.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ginger flakes
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions:

In a blender, combine spinach, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, ginger flakes, and frozen mango chunks. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if desired.

Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
