Ingredients:
- Fenugreek seeds
- Water
Instructions:
Wash the fenugreek seeds and then soak them up water. Make sure that they are submerged in water. Allow the seeds to soak for around 10-12 hours. This will soften the seeds and begin the sprouting process.
Once soaking is done, drain the water using a mesh-sieve. Rinse the seeds once again to remove any residue. Now put the seeds in a bowl or sprouting jar and cover the jar with a mesh lid or clean cloth to allow the air to flow. Rinse the seeds twice or thrice in a day with cool water but make sure that excess water is drained off. Continue this process for 2-3 days or until the fenugreek seeds have sprouted to a desired length.
Once the seeds have sprouted, use a fine-mesh sieve to strain excess water and then transfer the sprouts to a clean container. Store them in refrigerator and use them the way you like.
