Ingredients
- Lentils (any variety)
- Onion, chopped
- Garlic, minced
- Turmeric powder
- Ground cloves
- Tulsi powder
- Salt
- Water or vegetable stock
Instructions
Simmer lentils with onion, garlic, turmeric, cloves, salt, and water or stock until soft.
Turn off the heat and stir in a pinch of tulsi powder.
Let rest briefly before serving warm.
