Ingredients:
- 250 g paneer, cut into bite-sized cubes
 - 1 tbsp ghee or olive oil
 - 1 tbsp honey
 - ½ tsp ground nutmeg
 - ¼ tsp ground cloves
 - 1 small cinnamon stick
 - 2 whole cloves
 - 1 tsp lemon juice
 - 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
 - Fresh mint or microgreens for garnish
 - Salt to taste
 
Instructions:
In a small pan, warm honey and ghee. Add the cinnamon stick and whole cloves; let them release their aroma for a minute. Remove the whole spices. Stir in ground nutmeg, ground cloves, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to create a glossy, fragrant glaze.
In a skillet, lightly sear paneer cubes until golden on all sides. Brush or toss them in the warm spiced glaze until evenly coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds, garnish with mint or microgreens, and serve hot on skewers or canapé spoons.
