Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed nuts (pecans, almonds, or walnuts)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp clove powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and salt. Add nuts and toss until evenly coated. Spread on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Roast for 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway until golden and fragrant. Let cool before serving — perfect as a snack or party appetizer!
