Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
 - 2 tsp Ground Ginger
 - 2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
 - 1 ½ tsp Ground Clove
 - 1 ½ tsp Ground Allspice (optional, for extra depth)
 
Instructions:
Add all the spices to a clean, dry bowl. Whisk or stir until evenly blended. Transfer to an airtight glass jar. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
How to Use:
Add 1–2 tsp to pumpkin pie filling, pancakes, lattes, cookies, or roasted sweet potatoes for that unmistakable Thanksgiving warmth.
