Moringa-Spiced Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • Mixed seasonal vegetables
  • Cooking oil
  • Moringa powder
  • Coarse ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Cooked rice or quinoa (to serve)

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté vegetables until just tender. Season with salt and black pepper.

Turn off the heat and sprinkle moringa powder, mixing gently.

Serve warm with rice or quinoa.
