Moringa Pesto Pasta

Recharge your pasta with the goodness of moringa leaves. Here is the recipe of quick moringa pesto pasta.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for vegan option)
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon moringa powder
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked pasta of your choice

Instructions:

In a food processor, combine basil leaves, Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast), nuts, garlic, and moringa powder. Pulse until finely chopped. With the food processor running, slowly pour in olive oil until smooth and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toss pesto with cooked pasta until evenly coated. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves if desired.

You can add more vegetables of your liking to prepare the pasta.
