Moringa Mango Smoothie

Enjoy this tropical, nutrient-packed beverage recipe which is so quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon moringa leaf powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • ½ cup yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger (optional for a zesty kick)
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. 

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
